Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 if you are in the EEA or the UK. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live.

Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information — a plan built on a made-up bodyweight is a plan for someone who does not exist. Tell us at support@coppoladigital.com if you think someone else has got in.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. That removes your data permanently and cannot be undone.

Strength training carries real risk of injury. You use Swyft, and act on anything it suggests, at your own risk.

• Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are taking medication.
• Stop if something hurts. No suggestion in this app is worth an injury, and the app cannot see your form, your fatigue or your joints.
• Calorie and macro targets are estimates. So are the calories a watch reports and the calories estimated from a photo of your dinner. Do not treat any of them as clinically accurate.
• Recovery, sleep and strain figures come from your WHOOP band and are wellness metrics, not diagnostics. A high recovery score is not medical clearance to train, and a low one is not a diagnosis.
• Supplement reminders are a checklist you built. We do not endorse any supplement or check anything for interactions.
• If you are having a medical emergency, call emergency services. Do not use this app.

Swyft can generate workout plans, answer training questions and estimate a meal from a photo. These are produced by machine learning models, which means:

• Output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken, including about exercise technique and nutrition.
• The same question can produce different answers.
• Nothing it produces is medical, dietary or professional advice.

Use your judgement, and treat AI suggestions as a starting point rather than an instruction. To provide these features, data is sent to third-party providers — see the Privacy Policy.

Swyft can connect to Apple Health and to WHOOP. Connecting is always your choice, and you can disconnect at any time — from Settings → Connections in Swyft, from the iOS Health app, or from inside the WHOOP app. Those services are operated by their own companies under their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their accuracy, their availability, or for changes they make to what they will share with us.

You own what you put into Swyft — your workouts, photos, measurements and posts. We do not claim ownership of any of it.

To run the service, you give us a limited licence to store, copy and display your content: for you, and for the people you choose to share it with. If you publish a workout to the community feed, that licence extends to showing it to the audience you selected. It ends when you delete the content, apart from copies that remain briefly in backups.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

The community features exist to make training less lonely. Do not use them to:

• Harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone.
• Post sexual content, hate speech, or anything promoting self-harm or disordered eating.
• Post other people's photos or personal information without their permission.
• Advertise, spam, or sell things.
• Break the law, or encourage anyone else to.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. There is no tolerance for content that sexualises minors, and we report it.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app; do not try to break into other people's accounts or our systems; do not scrape it or hammer our servers; do not resell access to it.

Swyft's core training and nutrition logging is free. Some features — the AI coach, AI-generated plans and meal analysis — are part of a paid subscription, Swyft+. Where a feature requires it, the app tells you before you use it rather than after.

The price and what you get are shown before you buy. Swyft+ is bought through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android, and charged to your Apple ID or Google account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in the store you subscribed through (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or from Settings → Manage Subscription in Swyft; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed and refunded under that store's policy, through your Apple or Google account, rather than by us.

Free trial: the monthly and yearly Swyft+ plans may start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically at the price shown when you started the trial. Each Apple or Google account can use the introductory trial once.

Lifetime: Swyft+ Lifetime is a one-time purchase that gives you Swyft+ for as long as Swyft is offered, with no renewals. It is tied to the Apple or Google account you bought it with, and you can restore it on a new device with Restore Purchases.

Program packs: structured programs such as First 8 Weeks, Busy Parent 30 and Strong After 60 can be bought one at a time as one-time purchases, and are included at no extra charge while you have Swyft+. A pack you bought stays yours if you later cancel Swyft+.

Nothing in the app is a promise that a given feature will stay free, stay paid, or stay available at all. If we change what is included, we will say so before it takes effect for you.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Swyft. We will try to give notice for anything significant, but we may need to act immediately for security or legal reasons. Early access software has bugs; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may stop using Swyft and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — content licence for material already shared, disclaimers, limits of liability, governing law — survive termination.

Swyft is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, that it will be error-free, or that any result, estimate or plan it produces will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from your use of Swyft. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Coppola Digital LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of Swyft, your content, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are between you and Coppola Digital LLC, not with Apple or Google. They are not responsible for Swyft or for supporting it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of South Carolina have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Swyft after a change means you accept it.
